Christine Beckman of Beatrice is the newest member of the Beatrice Community Hospital and Health Center Board of Directors.

Beckman is owner of Inner Balance Myotherapy.  She has a 22-year background in nursing and is currently a nationally certified trigger point therapist.

Also re-elected for three-year terms were current board members Mitch Deines, vice chairman; Larry Thimm, treasurer; Dr. Darin Hoffman; and Stephanie Perkins.

Also serving on the 15-member board are John Rypma, chairman; James Bauer; Dr. Blake Butler; James Ensz, secretary; LeRoy Janzen; Barbara Johnsen; Bob Reed; Dr. Brett Studley; Dr. Eric Thomsen; and Verdella Vetrovsky.
