In carrying out this model, our residents

• Are allowed choices and allowed to say no
• Are recognized as individuals, with a personal history
• Are included in discussion, deliberations and decision that relate to their life
• Are provided activities that keep them physically, mentally, socially and spiritually active
• Know that if their condition deteriorates, they will not be banished.

Additional Services Provided at Parkview
Adult Day Service is available for elders from one hour up to 12 hours per day. Elders are encourage to participate in ongoing activities based on their abilities and level of interest

Respite Care is offered to care-givers who need a break from the care of their loved one or who may be traveling. Participants may stay up to 2 weeks. Care is individualized to meet each person's special needs.

Van Service is available full time and is provided free of charge.
