The Foundation's mission is to provide financial resources for present and future needs of Beatrice Community Hospital and Health Center.

The Beatrice Community Hospital Foundation helps generate thousands of dollars yearly to support a number of BCH health-related activities and events including Breast Cancer Awareness, Cardiac Rehab, Health Fair, Home Health, Hospice, Immunization Clinic, Lifeline, Physician Recruitment, Ready-Set-Go. Funds are also provided for the Scholarship Program and the Spiritual Life Chaplaincy Program.

A key component of the Foundation's success is the individuals and businesses that are members of the Centurian Club . Centurians partner with the Foundation to help the Hospital provide essential medical services for the community.

Our Annual Fundraiser is held the second Friday in December. First National Beatrice Bank sponsors this fun filled evening with silent and live auctions, hors d'oeuvres and desserts. Through generous community support this event is instrumental in funding non-budgeted equipment and programs.

CENTURIANS

The Centurian Club was established in 1978 to recognize those individuals and businesses that contribute $100.00 or more in a calendar year.

Our purpose is to aid and assist the Beatrice Community Hospital.

The First Annual Dinner was held on October 22, 1979 in the hospital cafeteria. There were approximately 40 Centurians attending. Today, over 400 individuals, organizations and businesses provide support.

Centurian Club members play a key role in generating thousands of dollars in grants to the hospital for community services including Breast Cancer Awareness, Cardiac Rehab, Diabetes Support, Health Fair, Home Health, Hospice, Immunization Clinic, P.A.T.C.H./Wellness, Ready-Set-Go as well as providing funds for the Scholarship Program, Spiritual Life Ministry, and other vital services.

The Beatrice Community Hospital Foundation, Inc. recognizes those individuals, organizations, and businesses that, through their generous support as Centurians, have expressed their faith in our mission of providing financial support for quality health care.
