This unique program is an extraordinary package of health related services designed for those 55 years of age and older. It is carried out in conjunction with BryanLGH Medical Center.
There are no fees or dues for membership. It is offered as a community service by Beatrice Community Hospital and Health Center and is designed to give members -- pluses when they are sick and pluses when they are well.
Pluses for Members When They are Sick:
- When you are a patient at BCHHC, the 55Plus Coordinator will visit you and be available to answer your questions or help you get the assistance you need.
- Two complimentary guest meals are available for redemption in the hospital cafeteria.
Pluses For Members When They are Well:
- A variety of informative seminars given by health and medical professionals.
- A quarterly newsletter which keeps members up-to-date on the latest health issues and 55Plus activities.
- Notary Public Service at no charge.
- Assistance in the development of Advance Directives.
- Travel to interesting places close to home as well as exciting places further away.
- Medicare Part D assistance.
